سياسة الخصوصية وشروط الاستخدام — تطبيق «سجلني»

تطبيق «سجلني» هو حاسبة لتسجيل نقاط ألعاب الورق (الشدة). تشرح هذه الوثيقة كيفية تعاملنا مع بياناتك، والشروط التي تحكم استخدامك للتطبيق.

1) من نحن ونطاق هذه الوثيقة

تطبيق «سجلني» (ويُشار إليه بـ«التطبيق») تُطوّره وتنشره شركة Codexal ومقرها عمّان، الأردن (ويُشار إليها بـ«نحن» أو «الشركة»).

تنطبق هذه الوثيقة على تطبيق «سجلني» فقط على نسخه لأنظمة iOS وAndroid. ولا تنطبق على موقع codexal.co أو أي منتج آخر للشركة، فلتلك المنتجات سياسات خاصة بها.

باستخدامك التطبيق، فإنك توافق على سياسة الخصوصية وشروط الاستخدام الواردة أدناه.

2) البيانات التي نجمعها

لا نجمع أي بيانات على الإطلاق. التطبيق لا يحتوي على خادم خلفي (Backend)، ولا يرسل أي معلومات إلى الشركة أو إلى أي جهة أخرى.

وعلى وجه التحديد، فإن التطبيق:

• لا يطلب إنشاء حساب أو تسجيل دخول.
• لا يطلب اسمك الحقيقي أو بريدك الإلكتروني أو رقم هاتفك.
• لا يجمع معرّفات الجهاز أو المعرّفات الإعلانية (IDFA / AAID).
• لا يجمع الموقع الجغرافي ولا جهات الاتصال ولا الصور ولا الملفات.
• لا ينقل أي بيانات عبر الشبكة، ولا يحتاج اتصالاً بالإنترنت ليعمل.
• لا يبيع بياناتك ولا يشاركها، لأنه ببساطة لا يستلمها.

3) البيانات المخزّنة على جهازك

لكي يؤدي التطبيق وظيفته، يحفظ ما تُدخله أنت داخل مساحة تخزين التطبيق على جهازك (Local Storage):

هذه البيانات لا تغادر جهازك، ولا يمكننا نحن الاطلاع عليها أو استرجاعها بأي شكل.

4) الأذونات التي يطلبها التطبيق

التطبيق لا يطلب أي أذونات حسّاسة: لا الكاميرا، ولا الميكروفون، ولا الموقع، ولا جهات الاتصال، ولا الصور، ولا الإشعارات الإجبارية. يعمل التطبيق ضمن مساحته المعزولة (Sandbox) التي يوفّرها نظام التشغيل.

5) لا تتبّع ولا تحليلات ولا إعلانات

• لا نستخدم أدوات تحليلات من طرف ثالث مثل Google Analytics أو Firebase Analytics.
• لا نستخدم شبكات إعلانات ولا نعرض إعلانات مخصّصة.
• لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط (Cookies) ولا تقنيات تتبّع عبر التطبيقات.
• لا نقوم بأي تتبّع عبر التطبيقات والمواقع الأخرى (App Tracking Transparency غير مطلوب).

6) خدمات الطرف الثالث والنسخ الاحتياطي

لا يدمج التطبيق أي حزم تطوير (SDK) لطرف ثالث. ومع ذلك، ننبّه إلى أمرين يتعلقان بنظام التشغيل نفسه ولا نتحكم بهما:

• متجر التطبيقات: قد تجمع Apple أو Google بيانات تنزيل وأعطال وأداء على مستوى النظام إذا فعّلت أنت مشاركتها من إعدادات جهازك. تخضع هذه البيانات لسياسات Apple وGoogle، ولا نستلمها بصيغة تعرّف عنك.
• النسخ الاحتياطي للجهاز: إذا كنت تستخدم iCloud Backup أو Google Backup، فقد تُدرَج بيانات التطبيق المخزّنة محلياً ضمن النسخة الاحتياطية لجهازك. تتم هذه العملية بواسطة نظام التشغيل وتخضع لسياسات مزوّد النسخ الاحتياطي، ولا نملك وصولاً إليها.

إذا وفّر التطبيق مستقبلاً أي عمليات شراء اختيارية، فستتم معالجتها بالكامل عبر App Store أو Google Play، ولن نستلم أو نخزّن أي بيانات دفع أو بطاقات.

7) حذف بياناتك

بما أننا لا نحتفظ بأي بيانات على خوادمنا، فلا حاجة لتقديم طلب حذف. تتحكم أنت بالبيانات بالكامل:

• احذف مباراة أو لاعباً من داخل التطبيق.
• استخدم خيار إعادة التعيين / مسح البيانات داخل التطبيق لحذف كل السجلات.
• حذف التطبيق (إلغاء التثبيت) يؤدي إلى إزالة جميع البيانات المخزّنة محلياً نهائياً.

انتبه إلى أن حذف التطبيق لا يحذف النسخة الاحتياطية للجهاز إن وُجدت؛ لإزالتها راجع إعدادات النسخ الاحتياطي في نظام التشغيل.

8) خصوصية الأطفال

لا يجمع التطبيق أي بيانات من أي مستخدم، بما في ذلك الأطفال. ونحن ملتزمون بمتطلبات قانون حماية خصوصية الأطفال على الإنترنت (COPPA) وسياسات المتاجر ذات الصلة. لا نجمع عن قصد أي معلومات شخصية من أطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، ببساطة لأننا لا نجمع أي معلومات على الإطلاق.

9) أمن البيانات

تبقى بياناتك داخل مساحة التخزين المعزولة الخاصة بالتطبيق والمحمية بآليات نظام التشغيل. وبما أن البيانات محلية بالكامل، فإن أمنها مرتبط بأمن جهازك. نوصي بتفعيل قفل الشاشة وتحديث نظام التشغيل باستمرار.

10) شروط الاستخدام

أ. الترخيص

نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً محدوداً غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام التطبيق على أجهزتك للأغراض الشخصية وغير التجارية، وفق شروط المتجر الذي حصلت منه على التطبيق.

ب. الاستخدام المقبول

• عدم إجراء هندسة عكسية للتطبيق أو فك تجميعه أو محاولة استخراج شيفرته المصدرية.
• عدم إعادة بيع التطبيق أو توزيعه أو تأجيره أو نشر نسخ معدّلة منه.
• عدم استخدام التطبيق بما يخالف القوانين المعمول بها في بلدك.

ج. الملكية الفكرية

جميع حقوق التطبيق وتصميمه وشعاره وشيفرته مملوكة لشركة Codexal ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية. لا يمنحك الترخيص أي حقوق ملكية.

د. دقة الحسابات

التطبيق أداة مساعدة لتسجيل النقاط، ويعتمد على ما يُدخله المستخدمون يدوياً. لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي خطأ في الإدخال أو أي خلاف ينشأ بين اللاعبين حول النتيجة.

هـ. إنهاء الاستخدام

يمكنك إنهاء هذا الترخيص في أي وقت بحذف التطبيق. ويجوز لنا إيقاف تقديم التطبيق أو تحديثه في أي وقت.

11) طبيعة التطبيق: لا مقامرة ولا رهان

«سجلني» هو حاسبة نقاط يدوية لألعاب الورق التقليدية. التطبيق:

• لا يوفّر لعباً فعلياً بالورق ولا محرّك لعب.
• لا يتيح المراهنة بأموال حقيقية ولا الفوز بها ولا صرفها.
• لا يبيع رقائق أو عملات افتراضية ولا يحوّلها إلى قيمة نقدية.
• لا يربط بأي منصات مقامرة أو رهان.

وظيفة التطبيق محصورة في تسجيل النقاط التي يُدخلها المستخدمون وحسابها، تماماً كالورقة والقلم.

12) إخلاء الضمان وحدود المسؤولية

يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» و«حسب توفره» دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية، بما في ذلك ضمانات الصلاحية لغرض معيّن أو خلوّه من الأخطاء أو انقطاعه.

ضمن الحد الأقصى الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل Codexal أي مسؤولية عن أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية، بما في ذلك فقدان البيانات المخزّنة محلياً نتيجة حذف التطبيق أو تعطّل الجهاز أو فقدانه.

13) التعديلات على هذه الوثيقة

قد نحدّث هذه الوثيقة من وقت لآخر. عند إجراء تعديل جوهري، سنقوم بتحديث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلى الصفحة ونشر النسخة الجديدة على هذا الرابط نفسه. استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد النشر يعني موافقتك على النسخة المحدّثة.

14) القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الوثيقة لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، وتختص محاكم عمّان بالنظر في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها، دون الإخلال بأي حقوق إلزامية يكفلها لك قانون بلد إقامتك.

Privacy Policy & Terms of Use — Sajjlny (سجلني)

Sajjlny is a score calculator for traditional card games. This document explains how the app handles your data and the terms that govern your use of it.

1) Who We Are & Scope

Sajjlny (the "App") is developed and published by Codexal, a software company based in Amman, Jordan ("we", "us", "our").

This document applies only to the Sajjlny mobile app on iOS and Android. It does not apply to codexal.co or any other Codexal product, which are covered by their own policies.

By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy and to the Terms of Use set out below.

2) Data We Collect

We collect no data at all. The App has no backend server and sends no information to us or to anyone else.

Specifically, the App:

• Requires no account, sign-up, or login.
• Never asks for your real name, email address, or phone number.
• Collects no device identifiers and no advertising identifiers (IDFA / AAID).
• Collects no location, contacts, photos, or files.
• Transmits nothing over the network and needs no internet connection to work.
• Does not sell or share your data, because it never receives it.

This corresponds to "Data Not Collected" on the Apple App Store privacy label and to "No data collected" and "No data shared" in the Google Play Data safety section.

3) Data Stored on Your Device

To do its job, the App saves what you type into the App's own local storage on your device:

This data never leaves your device, and we have no way to read, retrieve, or restore it.

4) Permissions

The App requests no sensitive permissions: no camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or required notifications. It runs inside the sandbox the operating system provides.

5) No Tracking, Analytics, or Ads

• No third-party analytics such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics.
• No advertising networks and no personalised ads.
• No cookies and no cross-app tracking technologies.
• No tracking across other companies' apps or websites, so App Tracking Transparency consent is not requested.

6) Third Parties & Device Backups

The App integrates no third-party SDKs. Two platform-level behaviours are outside our control and worth knowing about:

• App stores: Apple and Google may collect installation, crash, and performance data at the operating-system level if you have enabled sharing in your device settings. That data is governed by the Apple and Google privacy policies, and we do not receive it in any form that identifies you.
• Device backups: if you use iCloud Backup or Google Backup, your locally stored app data may be included in your device backup. That is performed by the operating system, is governed by the backup provider's policies, and we have no access to it.

If the App ever offers optional purchases, they are handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play. We never receive or store payment or card details.

7) Deleting Your Data

Because we hold nothing on any server, there is no deletion request to submit. You are in full control:

• Delete an individual match or player from within the App.
• Use the reset / clear data option in the App to erase all records.
• Uninstalling the App permanently removes all locally stored data.

Note that uninstalling does not remove an existing device backup. To remove that, use the backup settings in your operating system.

8) Children's Privacy

The App collects no data from any user, including children. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the relevant app store family policies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, because we collect no information at all.

9) Data Security

Your data stays inside the App's sandboxed storage, protected by the operating system. Because everything is local, its security depends on the security of your device. We recommend keeping a screen lock enabled and your operating system up to date.

10) Terms of Use

a. Licence

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of the store you obtained it from.

b. Acceptable use

• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Do not resell, redistribute, rent, or publish modified copies of the App.
• Do not use the App in any way that breaks the laws that apply where you live.

c. Intellectual property

The App, its design, logo, and code are owned by Codexal and protected by intellectual property law. This licence grants you no ownership rights.

d. Accuracy of calculations

The App is a scorekeeping aid that works from what users type in manually. We are not responsible for input errors or for any dispute between players about a result.

e. Termination

You may end this licence at any time by deleting the App. We may stop distributing or updating the App at any time.

11) Not a Gambling App

Sajjlny is a manual score calculator for traditional card games. The App:

• Provides no actual card gameplay and no game engine.
• Offers no real-money wagering, winnings, or cash-out of any kind.
• Sells no chips or virtual currency and converts nothing into monetary value.
• Links to no gambling or betting platforms.

Its only function is to record and total the points users enter, exactly like pen and paper.

12) Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from errors, or uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Codexal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of locally stored data caused by deleting the App or by a device failure or loss.

13) Changes to This Document

We may update this document from time to time. For any material change we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and publish the new version at this same URL. Continuing to use the App after publication means you accept the updated version.

14) Governing Law

This document is governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it, without affecting any mandatory rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
