Company email systems are strictly for business purposes only. Personal use of company email is strictly prohibited. Users must use their accounts professionally and ethically. Prohibited uses include:

7 Termination and Access Revocation

Upon termination of engagement, contract, or partnership, all access to company email systems will be revoked immediately. Al-Thabat for Software Development LLC disclaims all liability for any direct or indirect damages, loss of personal data, or compensation claims resulting from the revocation of email access. Any attempt to access these systems post-termination without authorization is a violation of law.

8 Legal Liability
